Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Online Consultations: For online consultations, full refunds may be granted if the client cancels 6 hours before the scheduled appointment. This period can vary from 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time. Full or partial refunds might also be offered if there are technical issues or unforeseen circumstances preventing the consultation from taking place. Offline Consultations: For in-person or offline consultations, full refunds may be granted if the client cancels minimum 6 hours before the appointment date and time. 25% will charge a cancellation fee or withhold a percentage of the consultation fee if the cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before the appointment date and time. Refunds might also be granted for offline consultations if there are valid reasons for cancellation, such as illness or emergencies.
