Full or partial refunds might also be offered if there are technical issues or unforeseen circumstances preventing the consultation from taking place.
Offline Consultations:
For in-person or offline consultations, full refunds may be granted if the client cancels minimum 6 hours before the appointment date and time.
25% will charge a cancellation fee or withhold a percentage of the consultation fee if the cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before the appointment date and time.
Refunds might also be granted for offline consultations if there are valid reasons for cancellation, such as illness or emergencies.
